I’m happy to introduce Cheryl Kramarczyk to you this week. Cheryl responded to my post on Facebook for author interviews and we had a great conversation about Jesus, hope, and her novella, Stay With Me. She’s offered a copy, winner’s choice of format, of her novella to one person who comments on this post by February 1.

Enjoy the interview!

Join the conversation. Do you like reading stories based on true to life problems? What do you enjoy most about them? What questions or comments do you have for Cheryl?

Penelope Roth has spent the last six months securing plans to merge her father’s company with Whitestone Distributors, not to mention falling in love with its CEO, Tucker Caldwell. That is, until she spends time with her aunt and learns of God’s purpose for her life. Can she keep her heart intact while working with the handsome entrepreneur—or at least avoid the risk of him learning her devastating secret?

Tucker Caldwell is one interview away from being recognized as leading the most profitable distributor in the Midwest. He still has a chance, even as the lovely daughter of his mentor, Penelope Roth, works behind his back to bankrupt his company. As he appeals to her demands of God-honoring investments, the foster kid in him meets her God who calls him son—but is love worth surrendering the years of achievement he’d managed to save up?

Cheryl Kramarczyk writes romance where miracles don’t happen and yet the character of God is magnified. When she isn’t writing and rewriting, you’ll find her in a hospital working as a lab tech or enjoying the adventure of homeschooling two young sons with her husband in the beautiful city of Chicago, Illinois.

I missed this email with this interview for the drawing but I am now listening to the interview late anyway 🙂 I love hearing from new to me authors 🙂 I too love to realize a fistion story was based on a true event in someones life. In my opinion a fictional story based on a real life event gives that story even more life. Great interview!

This was truely a blessing to be able to talk about the theme of forgiveness in Penelope and Tucker’s story and bits of my personal story. I hope all who listen to the interview (and read the book?!) are blessed as well! … I can’t wait to share a free copy with the winner!!! Thank you again, Deena, for this opportunity!
