From the moment she meets Clayton, Camille envisions the waif as their son. But that was ridiculous. The boy had parents. And she was pregnant. Did compassion for the child skew her perspective?
Or was God working behind the scenes, formulating a plan far greater than they could imagine?
Aside from the novelette, I’ve completed two manuscripts.
The working title of Book One in the Chattanooga Valley Series is The Cellophane Bridge. This book was a 2019 Foundations contest and First Impressions contest finalist, 2021 Genesis contest finalist and Crown Award winner, and a 2022 Cascade Award finalist. My agent is currently pitching this story to acquisitions editors. In the meantime, I’m working on my second novel.
Book Two in this series, The Impossible Choice, won first place in the 2019 First Impressions Contest and is not yet completed.
I’m currently editing/rewriting a manuscript I wrote in 2019 entitled Weep No Longer, Book One in The Holbrook Family Series. I hope to complete edits, critiques, and beta reads by summer 2024 and send the book to my agent to pitch. This book was a 2023 First Impressions contest finalist.
