About
As a Jesus girl for more than thirty years and a pastor’s wife for over twenty-four, I understand how important hope is to daily life. My time as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer and training as a Certified Mental Health Coach have equipped me to write stories that address deep family-related themes with authenticity, wisdom, and compassion.
I firmly believe the power of story breaks down barriers and reaches people with God’s truth in a way non-fiction never could. That’s why I’m passionate about inspiring readers through hope-filled fiction and highlighting other Christian authors on my blog.
I’m thrilled to have Tamela Hancock Murray of the Steve Laube Agency representing me. Though I’m not yet published, I’m having a blast pursuing my dream, and I am humbled and grateful for every award and opportunity the Lord brings my way.
I live with my husband near the coast in beautiful Virginia. When I’m not writing, reading, or serving in my church, you’ll find me hanging out with family and friends, playing a variety of board games, or doting on my seven grandchildren.
I’d love to learn more about you. Hop over to my contact page and send me a message to introduce yourself!
And if you haven’t already, please subscribe to the Hope Collective to receive my newsletters, which feature hope-filled content, writing updates, chances to win Christian Fiction books, and more. You’ll receive my novelette, Behind the Scenes, free as a thank you.
