Spotlight on Janine Rosche & a Giveaway
This week I’m happy to spotlight Janine Rosche, Women’s Fiction and Contemporary Romance author, and another of my debut novel endorsers.
I’ve hosted Janine on my blog twice, and you can click the links below to check out those interviews.
2021 – Interview about Aspen Crossroads
2024 – Interview about The Road Before Us
I met Janine in 2021 when she coordinated a gathering in Franklin, TN for an in-person gathering for the American Christian Fiction Writers Conference when it shifted to virtual due to Covid. She was so much fun, and I loved getting to know her!
I had the pleasure of seeing Janine again at the 2023 ACFW conference in St. Louis, where she gifted me a copy of her novel, With Every Memory. I loved this story and used it as a comparable for my Stronger than the Storm proposal because of the similar elements of marital tension and a troubled teenage daughter.
Take a look at her book below to find out more about the story. Click the book cover for the Amazon link.

Is the Life She Can’t Remember One She’d Rather Forget?
One year after her family was in a tragic car accident that killed her teenage son, Lori Mendenhall returns home with a traumatic brain injury that has stolen the last eight years of memories from her. She is shocked to find that the life she was leading before the accident is unrecognizable. Her once-loving husband, Michael, is a distant workaholic she isn’t sure she can trust and her once-bubbly daughter, Avery, has spent the last year hidden away in her room.
For Avery, life stopped when she lost her twin. Now, if she wants to graduate high school, she’ll have to accept help from Xander Dixon, her brother’s best friend and the boy who relentlessly teased her for years. And if Lori wants to reconnect with her husband, she’ll have to grapple with information her brain is trying to keep secret. With every memory that returns, she can’t help but wonder if the life she can’t remember is one she’d rather forget.
Janine’s most recent release, The Road Before Us, is another of hers I thoroughly enjoyed. Take a trip along Route 66 and immerse yourself in a story of love, loss, family, forgiveness, and freedom. Click the book cover for the Amazon link.
How far would you go to fix the mistakes you’ve made and regain the trust you lost? For Jade Jessup, the answer is 2,448 miles. Once one of Chicago’s significant financial advisors, Jade lost her credibility when her fiancé (and coworker) stole millions of dollars from their clients in a Ponzi scheme. Now she’s agreed to help one of them–an aging 1960s Hollywood starlet named Berenice “Benny” Alderidge–seek financial restoration.
Jade sets off along Route 66 with Benny and her handsome adult foster son, Bridger, who is filming a documentary retracing the 1956 trip that started the love story between Benny and her recently deceased husband, Paul. Listening to Benny recount her story draws Jade into memories of her own darker association with Route 66, when she was kidnapped as a child by a man the media labeled a monster–but she remembers only as daddy.
Together, all three of these pilgrims will learn about family, forgiveness, and what it means to live free of the past. But not before Jade faces a second staggering betrayal that changes everything.

Janine’s Madison River Romance series and her story in the Love’s Pure Light Christmas Novella Collection are all well worth your time as well. Click the image below to visit Janine’s books page to learn more about these offerings.

Janine has several other books available on Amazon as well.

Prone to wander, Janine Rosche finds as much comfort on the open road as she does at home. This longing to chase adventure, behold splendor, and experience redemption is woven into each of her women’s fiction and romance novels including With Every Memory and the Madison River Romance series. When she isn’t writing or traveling, she teaches family life education courses to college students, takes too many pictures of her sleeping dogs, and embarrasses her four children and husband with boy band serenades.

Janine’s endorsement for Stronger than the Storm:
“In her debut novel, Deena Adams writes with the grace and maturity of a seasoned storyteller. Her characters feel achingly real, and her story beautifully explores family resilience, faith through life’s storms, and the hard, holy work of forgiveness—especially the forgiveness we owe ourselves. With every carefully woven word, Adams reminds us that brokenness is not the end of the story, but the beginning of redemption.” — Janine Rosche, Selah Award-winning author of With Every Memory
